Notes: "Snow Storm" was painted by Guy Carleton Wiggins, circa 1920. The painting is signed lower left. The canvas has been beva lined with a mylar window over inscription, overall excellent condition. NOTE: Brian Roughton: Nice early work. Attribution is okay. Gavin Spainerman: Attribution is okay.
